ALABAMA – A 16 year old boy’s birthday party in Alabama, United States of America (USA), turned into a tragedy bloody shooting . Armed suspects arrived and shot 32 people, in which four died.
The shooting at the ABG (newly grown up) birthday party occurred Saturday night local time. This is the latest recorded gun violence in America.
Local media reports said the shooting occurred at a “Sweet 16” party at a dance studio in Dadeville, a small town northeast of the state capital Montgomery.
“Four lives were tragically lost in this incident, and there are many injuries,” Sergeant Jeremy Burkett, a spokesman for the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), told reporters Sunday. ). Recent reports in local media say four people were killed and 28 others injured as a result of the shelling.
Local resident Annette Allen told the Montgomery Advertiser that her grandson Phil Dowdell was among those who died. According to him, his grandson was celebrating his sister’s 16th birthday; Alexis, when a gunshot crashes the party.
“He was a very, very humble kid. Never messed with anyone. Always had a smile on his face,” Allen said of his grandson, a high school student who is graduating in the next few weeks.
He said Dowdell’s mother was also shot and injured.

More than 12 hours after the shooting, neither Burkett nor other law enforcement officials have provided details about who the shooter was and why, whether suspects have been detained or identified, or specifically how many people were injured and how old they were.
