The Ice Sculpture Festival, Lego World, Tractor Pulling, carp fair Carp, Meatloaf, Slayer: the IJsselhallen in Zwolle were regularly a place for great spectacle and entertainment. But in the summer of 2020, the municipality decided that the former cattle halls should make way for a new residential area. 1500 homes are to be built on and around the location of the IJsselhallen.
