The Verona coach: “We’re facing one of the strongest teams in Europe. We need to forget the match against Sampdoria”
Marco Zaffaroni spoke at the press conference ahead of Verona’s match against Juventus.
The Hellas coach said: “Juve? We’re talking about one of the most important teams in Italy and in Europe. They have a squad that needs no introduction. They had a bit of a start like this, but in the second half of the championship they had incredible regularity. In terms of points scored, they are second in the standings, we are talking about a strong team. We will need to play a serious game, in which we will have to put everything we have into it, working as a team. The more important individuals there are, the more you have to work collectively “.
On preparing for the match, Zaffaroni explained: “We worked, trying to dispose of the waste from a long period. Many players went to the national team, but we tried to work to recover physical and nervous energy. The team worked well, trying to forget the last match.
