You bought Credit Suisse

For the acquisition of Credit Suisse, UBS will pay out 3 billion Swiss francs in UBS shares. This was announced by Ubs in a press release. “Credit Suisse shareholders – reads the note – will receive 1 UBS share for every 22.48 Credit Suisse shares held, equal to 0.76 francs/share for a total consideration of 3 billion Swiss francs”.
