It will undoubtedly be a complicated puzzle because of the great fragmentation in provincial politics, but former alderman Wout Wagenmans and public administration expert Jolanda Waaijer, as newly appointed scouts, are not discouraged by that. “We’re going to take all the time for it and we don’t shy away from confrontation,” says Wagenmans.
