The study has revealed few details about it, so it is not known for sure if it will be some kind of expansion or a minor update with a few new features. Despite this, fans have theories about it and believe that it will be new horror-themed content.

Soon there will be new content for High on Life
High on Life was a resounding success and broke it in 2022. Now, Squanch Games excited the fans of the title with a brief teaser where only a logo that says High on Knife is shown. Due to its design and the name of the content, many believe that it will add parodic horror touches to the title, but there is nothing confirmed for now.
“Loading new content for High on Life. Very soon”, says the brief message that accompanies the logo. The players are excited, as everything indicates that they will be able to return to the game in a new adventure. The question is that for now it is not known what it is.
That said, it’s not clear if it will be a free update with new features or a paid DLC as such. It is also not known for now if this new content can be enjoyed on Xbox Game Pass.
Squanch Games has not given any further clues in this regard, so for now it only remains to wait for them to reveal all the details of High on Knife. Below you can see his first teaser:
