War, Russian bombing in the night in Ukraine with dead and wounded, is alarm throughout the country
Ukraine has intercepted 34 missiles and four drones launched by the Russians as part of theattack on the country in the last few hours, especially against some essential infrastructure. This was announced on Telegram by the commander in chief of the Ukrainian armed forces, Valery Zaluzhny, specifying that the Russians launched 81 missiles, 34 of which were shot down.
At least five people died in Ukraine following Russian bombing of the night between 8 and 9 March 2023: the country’s officials announced it.
Russian bombs on Ukraine, 4 dead in the Lviv region
The governor of the Lviv region (west), Maksym Kozytsky, stated that 4 civilians (two men and two women) died in the Zolochiv district. The governor of Dnipropetrovsk region (southeast)Sergiy Lysak, instead announced on Telegram that in his region a “34-year-old man died as a result of the bombing. A 28-year-old woman and a 19-year-old boy were injured.”
The governor of the Lviv region, Maksym Kozytsky, specified that a missile hit a residential neighborhood in the Zolotshiv district, destroying three houses. “Rescuers are clearing the rubble, under which other people may be,” added Kozytsky.
