LONDON – Celebrity Big Brother star, Marco Pierre White Jr., declared himself to have embraced Islam. This was disclosed in an interview with British media, the Daily Mail some time ago.
Pierre White Jr who was just released from HMP Bristol prison some time ago stated that he would never touch drugs again.
The son of chef Marco Pierre White spent a year in prison for shoplifting, knife possession, heroin possession and racially abusing supermarket security guards.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, the 28-year-old revealed that while serving his 12-month sentence, he had converted to Islam in his struggle to stay clean after years of drug abuse. He has the full support of his father, and now hopes to follow suit by becoming a chef.

Speaking to MailOnline, Pierre White Jr admitted spending more than £1m on his addiction.
“Islam has helped me through everything,” he said, adding that he had undergone rehabilitation 17 times.
“Being in prison made me realize that enough is enough. The only thing that cured me was being beaten in a cell for 23 hours a day,” he said as quoted by euroweeklynews, Wednesday (1/3/2023)
Although he sipped a beer during the exclusive interview, he revealed that he now prays in congregation.
