For 2023 the BMW R 1250 R e RS they are renewed without upheavals. The technical and cycling base remains the same as before: trellis frame from which the 1,254 cc boxer engine delivering 136 HP at 7,750 rpm and 143Nm at 6,250rpm. The homologation is naturally Euro 5. The main innovations are the availability of a new Riding Mode, ECO, which adds to the existing Rain, Road and Dynamic, traction control, l’ABS Pro (cornering), the intelligent emergency call and the Sport Core Screen, a TFT screen (excellent readability) which also indicates the lean angle (instantaneous and maximum reached) and the braking intensity and traction control intervention indicators . Also standard are a USB quick charge socket, dynamic brake control, LED direction indicators and daytime running lights.
