Denpasar Sound – Two Foreign Citizens (WNA), namely Bich Thuy Sandrine Nguyen Friedrich, a woman from France and Jan Michal Sefcik, a man from Slovakia, were unilaterally evicted by the owner of Villa Bukit Kirana Villas.
The case was reported by the two foreigners to the Bali Police along with attorney Fovy Mogardian Setiawaty on Wednesday (29/3/2023).
Fovy explained that his client had received discriminatory behavior by the villa owner. The reason is that they have paid the Villa contract for 2 years regularly, namely in 2021/2022 and 2022/2023.
Fovy said that his two clients had paid for the contract period to Indrawan Eko Baskoro. With the end of each contract period will end in September and October 2023.

“They are renting from 2021 to 2022, the transaction is with Indrawan Eko Baskoro, and it’s safe. Entering the second year (2022/2023) they have also paid with the same person, but suddenly the subpoena.
Our client was reported to have entered the yard of the house without permission, don’t do that, because now the image of foreigners is becoming a concern in Bali, let’s not discriminate against them,” said Fovy.
Our two clients, said Fovy, were asked to leave and immediately vacate the villa rooms. Even the owner of the villa has cut off the electricity and water.
“This is a unilateral action and against the law, because it ignores existing contracts,” said Fovy.
Currently the case is being handled by the Bali Police, after it was reported yesterday. This was confirmed by the Head of Public Relations of the Bali Police, Kombes Pol Stefanus Satake Bayu Setianto.
“The report has been received and is being investigated by the General Criminal Investigation Directorate for follow-up,” Satake told Suara Denpasar when contacted, Thursday (30/3/2023). (*/Ana AP)
