The case of Mario Dandy Satriyo’s abuse of David has now been transferred to Polda Metro Jaya, which was previously handled by the South Jakarta Metro Police.
Previously, the police had named two suspects, namely Mario Dandy Satriyo, the son of a former Director General of Taxes and Mario Dandy’s friend, Shane Lukas.

However, Agnes Gracia was still 15 years old and still in the child category. Finally, the police increased her status to that of a child in conflict with the law. So the term used is the perpetrator not the suspect.

“There has been a change in status from AG, which initially was a child who was in conflict with the law, turned into a child in conflict with the law, or in other words, turned into a perpetrator or a child, so minors may not use the word suspect,” said Dirreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya Kombes. Hengki Haryadi in a press conference, Thursday (2/3/2023).
Hengki said that the determination of AG as the perpetrator was based on the results of an investigation conducted by the police. The evidence the police have is WhatsApp chat, video recordings, CCTV footage and witness statements.
Previously, David’s conversation on WhatsApp circulated with a woman suspected of being Agnes before being assaulted by Mario Dandy.
This was revealed on the Twitter account @AltoLuger.
In his tweet, the account explained that David was forced to get out of the car until he was threatened with calling Brimob.

The account explains that Agnes forced David to meet up to 10 times
“February 20, 2023, 3:57 PM – Starting. 10 times David was forced to go down (and meet the perpetrators). 5 times David told him to just GoSend his student card. 2 times David said just leave it at complex security. 1 time David was threatened if If it doesn’t come down, the perpetrator will call Mobile Brigade #kawaldavid,” tweeted the Twitter account @AltoLuger, quoted by Mamagini, Wednesday (1/3/2023).
Judging from the WA conversation, Agnes threatened David that he would contact Brimob.
“I’ll call my Brimob if you have a stone,” wrote someone who is suspected of being Agnes, Mario Dandy’s girlfriend.
“Wareng wrote down,” said Agnes.
“Mager what,” replied David.
In the WA chat, Agnes also forced David to get out of the car.
“Try calling,” said Agnes.
“You told your aunt that you were weird,” David replied.
“My aunt is in the car,” said Agnes.
“Photo already. What car?” David replied.
“Get down now,” Agnes begged.
“Answer me,” asked David.
“Camry. Why are you so down,”
The account also says that David was lied to by Agnes about the whereabouts of Agnes’ aunt so that the car used was a Camry.
“David was lied to once that the perpetrator’s aunt was in the car. David was lied to once that the car used was a Camry. 7:18 PM – Done,” tweeted the account @AltoLuger.
Apart from that, the account also explained that there were three hours for the perpetrator to stop his intention to carry out the persecution. However, it turned out that the perpetrators severely abused David.
“From the first communication at 3:57 PM, there were 3 hours and 21 minutes for the perpetrators to stop their intention to carry out serious abuse. However, in reality, there was not the slightest intention of the perpetrators NOT TO DO SEVERE ABUSE against David,” he said.
