The members of the sixth team of Solar Boat Twente have until Ascension Day to prepare their boat for the NK solar boat race in Akkrum, Friesland. It is known that the solar boat can ‘fly’ in a stable manner. This can be seen regularly when tests are carried out on the Twente Canal. But how does the vessel do that on less flat water, when there are waves. To test this, the Ketelmeer was visited this week.
