After a few leaks, 2K and Visual Concepts have finally revealed their new project in collaboration with LEGO. This is LEGO 2K Drive, an open world racing game that will arrive this year on current and last generation consoles, as well as PC.
The premiere of the title is just around the corner, as it will debut on May 19 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC (via Steam). This new proposal can be enjoyed alone or in the company of other players in a multiplayer mode.
LEGO 2K Drive promotes a fun experience where you can compete in races, mini-games and various types of challenges. Likewise, it will be possible to explore various biomes that will make up the open world of the title, called Bricklandia.
It will offer cooperative and competitive modes in multiplayer, which can be enjoyed with split screen. In addition, there will be options to build and customize vehicles with more than 1,000 LEGO pieces. Below you can see a video with our first impressions of the title:

LEGO 2K Drive will have various editions and DLC
If the title catches your attention, you should know that you will have several alternatives to add it to your collection. The title will be sold in a standard edition, which will cost $69.99 USD on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The title will retail for $59.99 USD for all other platforms.
There will also be an Awesome Edition for $99 USD, which will include the base game, a bonus vehicle, an emblem, a minifigure from the title and the Drive Pass, which will give access to the first year of additional content. We know that a new biome and 4 seasons will be added, with additional cars.
Finally, the Awesome Rivals Edition will be released for $119.99 USD, which will offer the base game, the Drive Pass, the emblem and even more vehicles and extra minifigures compared to the previous edition.
