If two clues test, the new Kawasaki Eliminator 2023 will be presented shortly. Kawasaki Motors Thailand has released a teaser announcing the unveiling of three new models at the 44th Bangkok Motor Show (starting March 22). Two of the three bikes have a familiar silhouette: the one on the left is probably the “Ninja ZX-4R/RR”, which has not yet been announced in Thailand, and the one on the right with 17″ wheels and the parallel twin suggests some updates for the Versys 650. The one we pay the most attention to is the model in the center. From the silhouette you can see the round headlight, the raised handlebar, the elongated tank and the front wheel with alloy wheels. Everything leads us to think about the return of the Kawasaki Eliminator.
There is no technical information, but the first rumors circulating say that the new Eliminator will be offered in two variants, equipped with the same parallel twin as the Z250 (marketed only in Asia) and Z400.
Subsequently, Kawasaki Motors Japan announced its schedule for the Osaka Motorcycle Show, which opens on March 17, where a “new model that will be unveiled to the world for the first time”. And as you can see from the renderings of the stand of the Akashi House in the center of the stand there are two motorcycles with a veil in the center. Everything leads us to think, therefore, of the two new Eliminators.
We just have to wait for March 17 to find out more!
