Suara.com – The trial for the abuse of Mario Dandy Satriyo and Shane Lukas against Cristalino David Ozora Latumahina alias David will soon be heard. The reason is that Polda Metro Jaya has handed over the dossiers of both cases to the South Jakarta District Attorney’s Office (Kejari).
“The case files for suspect Mario Dandy Satriyo and suspect Shane Lukas are in stage one with the prosecutor and are still in the process of being investigated by the prosecutor,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko to reporters, Friday (24/3/2023).
Apart from Mario Dandy and Shane Lukas, Polda Metro Jaya has also bestowed the blessings of AG (15) on the South Jakarta Prosecutor’s Office. AG, who is Dandy’s girlfriend, as a child in conflict with the law regarding the David abuse case, was transferred after the case file was declared complete or P21.
Head of the South Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office (Kajari), Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, said that his party would soon complete the indictment to be transferred to the South Jakarta District Court.

“Today we accept the person concerned as a child in conflict with the law and we are preparing or perfecting the indictment. Soon we will transfer this case to the South Jakarta District Court,” said Syarief at the South Jakarta District Attorney’s Office, Tuesday (21/3/2023 ).
In this case, said Syarief, his party still decided to detain AG. The detention was carried out at the Social Welfare Administration Institution (LPKS). “Placement in LPKS for five days,” he added.
It is known that investigators from the Renakta Sub-Directorate of the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya have named two suspects in this case, namely Mario Dandy and his friend Shane Lukas. Meanwhile, AG was determined as a child in conflict with the law, or the equivalent of a suspect.
Mario Dandy was charged with Article 355 of the Criminal Code Paragraph 1 Subsidiary 354 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the more Subsidiary 353 Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of the more Subsidiary 351 Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code and or 76 C Juncto 80 Law Number 35 of 2012 concerning Child Protection with a maximum threat of 12 years in prison .
Meanwhile Shane Lukas was charged with Article 355 Paragraph 1 Juncto 56 of the Criminal Code Subsidiary 354 Paragraph 1 Juncto 56 of the Criminal Code of the more Subsidiary 353 Paragraph 2 Juncto 56 of the Criminal Code of the Subsidiary 351 Paragraph 2 Juncto 56 of the Criminal Code and/or 76 C Juncto 80 Law Number 35 of 2012 concerning Child Protection with a maximum threat of 12 years in prison.

As for AG, children in conflict with the law were charged with Article 76 C Juncto Article 80 Law Number 35 Years of Child Protection and/or 355 Paragraph 1 Juncto 56 of the Criminal Code, more Subsidiary 353 Paragraph 2 Juncto 56 of the Criminal Code, more or less Subsidiary 351 Paragraph 2 Juncto 56 of the Criminal Code. For his actions, AG is threatened with a maximum sentence of 4 years in prison after reducing half of the maximum threat and reducing it by one third as stipulated in Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning Juvenile Justice.
