The municipality of Zwolle wants to ban happy hours in the catering industry. The city has this included in the General Local Regulation (APV), which still needs to be approved by the city council. It also states that the mayor will soon be able to designate knife-free zones, where it is forbidden to carry – in itself legal – knives.
