The moment that many Pokémon fans feared has arrived! The last episode of the Pokémon anime with Ash and Pikachu as protagonists has aired and has concluded. An ending that makes us go through our entire history together with our inseparable friends, which gives us a tickle in the throat and a farewell waiting for new adventures both for him and for all the fans of the series.
The question that has been on the minds of many Pokémon fans, including ours, is what is it like to be a true Pokémon Master? And it seems that in the last episode of him, Ash has found the answer. Although his time on the small screen has ended, his story has not come to an end, as the episode ends with him and Pikachu looking for a new way to continue living a thousand and one adventures.
Even though Ash and Pikachu will no longer be the protagonists of the new Pokémon series, which will premiere in April, their relationship with Kanto could mean that we will have the opportunity to see them at some point. In fact, in the last trailer just released after the final chapter, of “Pokémon Horizons”, we can see Pikachu, who apparently will have a more important role, and we will have to wait for Ash in the future.
A cycle in the history of Pokémon has been closed, both for the characters and for all those who have grown up with Ash during all these years.
