It’s been a week since we saw the premiere of John Wick 4 and many of us are still tired of the exhausting -for good- action sequences of the film headed by Keanu Reeves. Shots, blows, falls, stab wounds, the film of Chad Stahelski has it all.
In addition to the excellent cast of stars that accompany Keanu Reeves in his vendetta against the high tableJohn Wick 4 would not have been possible without a cast of specialists who well deserve a good gift after weeks of filming.
Keanu Reeves is a being of light, we all know it, but the John Wick 4 star also has a refined sense of humor, and one of the gifts that the cast of stuntmen of the movie obtained, thus it proves it.
In a New York Times interview with Chad Stahelski and stunt coordinator Jeremy Marinasthe original gift that the long-suffering guys who were beaten, shot, or simply succumbed to John Wick, got from the actor has come to light.
You will always remember how many times you died in John Wick 4
Marinas recalls that Keanu Reeves gave the members of the stunt team a commemorative T-shirt with the number of times he had been killed in the film.
The trail of casualties that John Wick and the rest of the characters in the film cause throughout its almost three hours of duration is no small feat. Some stuntmen “died” more than 20 times on the tape. It always turns out more profitable than hiring more than 200 people for the Department main dispatches them.
Keanu Reeves alone causes about 130 deaths throughout John Wick 4, not counting the medley of murders of the characters in Donnie Yen, Hiroyuki Sanada and Rina Sawayama.
If you ever see someone wearing a “John Wick Killed Me X Times” t-shirt, and it’s not an imitation, you can smile knowing you’re looking at one of the victims of John Wick 4.
