Diablo 4 has released its early access beta available to players who pre-ordered the game. So many have already been able to jump right into Sanctuary before it hits PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC on June 6.
The general sensations have left a very good taste in the mouth (here you can take a look at our impressions of this first part of the Diablo 4 beta), although that does not mean that Blizzard has to improve a few things.
The feedback from the fans is already taking place. Many have noticed one of the hallmarks of the Diablo saga: the dungeons. It has been pointed out that this aspect needs to be improved for the release, specifically its randomness and design.

Diablo 4’s dungeons generate a few complaints
Although there has not been as big a controversy as with Diablo III, a few users have pointed out that the “randomization” of Diablo IV dungeons is a little lame. Procedural generation has left us with quite a few repetitive designs.
The beta had dungeon designs that were too similar and even very similar to each other, something that has been commented on by players in forums like Reddit. Nor did they like the fact that the puzzles are also repetitive.
This is really worrying when you consider that, despite the visual distinction, they all share the exact same premise: find the key(s) to unlock the door(s) to get to the boss room, commented one.
Key collecting is a constant that has been around, perhaps a little too much in the Diablo IV beta dungeons. Luckily, this type of test is carried out for this, so that players can express and highlight opinions and aspects about the title.
What do you think of the beta in general? Since the procedural generation of dungeons has always been a hallmark, some users have not finished seeing with good eyes that this randomness ends up becoming repetition.
Luckily, there are still a few months left for the launch of this new installment of the saga of Blizzard, so many aspects can be polished and improved in these weeks. Was there anything else you didn’t like?
remember that Diablo 4 will come to PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One y PC next June 6 after almost 4 years since the announcement of the game. Eager to return to Sanctuary? Remember that the open beta arrives this weekend.
