ROME, 02 MAR – Sismabonus, social housing and non-profit organizations are three chapters on which the majority is working to suspend the application of the rules of the Superbonus decree on the transfer of tax credits. In particular for the superbonus, according to what is learned from parliamentary sources, there could be an exemption from the application of the legislative decree. The question of the incompetents, low-income taxpayers, who according to press reports could be the recipients of a further exemption, would be more complex.
