Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League it was received lukewarmly by the public (at best) ever since its gameplay demo last month, with elements focused on the live service drawing widespread criticism and which, in turn, seem to have influenced plans relating to its release. It was recently reported that the game has been delayed from its scheduled release in late May, and now it appears the delay may be even more serious than previously expected.
According to reports, Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League it was postponed to the end of the year: Windows Central’s Jez Corden reported that it may have been pushed to the third quarter of this year, although, according to reporter Jeff Grubb, the delay could be even greater. Speaking recently on his Game Mess Decides podcast, Grubb said that based on what he’s heard, the game has been delayed until 2024.
Here are Grubb’s statements:
“I don’t want to panic or anything, but I hear it’s not coming this year either. I heard about 2024. Earlier in the evening I heard that it is a delay-delay. It’s a bigger delay than anyone says.
WB Games has not yet made an official announcement on the co-op title’s release date, but it is assumed that the publisher will provide updated information on this in the near future.
