During the day on Sunday a disturbance North Atlantic (No. 9 of the month) will quickly cross Northern Italy and part of the Center and then move on Monday to the Central-Southern regions where it will bring rains and thunderstorms that will end already in the early hours of Tuesday. This new disruption will be accompanied by a decisive reinforcement of the cold winds from the north (Tramontana and Mistral), which will cause the flow of an air mass of arctic origin, responsible for a sudden and significant drop in temperatures and the return of snow in the Apennines even up to 1000 metres; between Tuesday and Wednesday the weather will temporarily return to normal winter. Subsequently, milder currents will make their way towards the Mediterranean, favoring a sudden thermal rise with values that will return above the average.
Forecast for the next few hours
