The boy he had been summoned by the local police for judicial police investigations regarding a theft that occurred during the recent San Giuseppe fair in La Spezia. The 25-year-old, residing in the Ligurian town, he showed up riding a scooter, without a helmet, without a license and with the vehicle without insurance and without an inspection.
