NEW DELHI – The delegation of the Indonesian Women’s Corps (KOWANI), under the leadership of Hadriani Uli Silalahi as Chair of W20 Indonesia, attended the W20 1st Inception Meet 2023 in Aurangabad, India, on 27-28 February 2023.
On this occasion, KOWANI Deputy Head of Foreign Relations, Farahdibha Tenrilemba spoke at MGM University on the first day representing Indonesia.
In front of around 1,000 women activists worldwide, Farahdibha delivered a speech regarding the success of W20 2022 when Indonesia became the Presidency G20 .
The speech also explained the points that made a decision at the W20 2022 arena.

Farahdibha, who was appointed as Co-Chair of the W20 Grassroot Leadership Taskforce, also chaired one of the seminar sessions with the theme “Creating an Enabling Ecosystem for Women Leaders at the Grassroots”—which is a theme in discussing women’s leadership starting from the grassroots.
“The discussion of this seminar session emphasized the role of women as decision makers, the role of mothers as motors of global change, the role of rural women, and the role of women in the digital era,” said Farahdibha, who is also General Secretary of DPP Wanita Tani (Wantan).
The panelists who attended this discussion, he added, were Professor Shamika Ravi (Member of the Economic Advisory Council to Prime Minister India), Bharati Gosh (Former Indian Police Service), Sudhaben Patel (Vice Chairperson of Valsad District Cooperative Milk), Farah Arabe (Co -President of Harvard Kennedy School’s Women Network, Sibulele Poswayo (Gender Specialist Border Rural of South Africa), and Rimjhim Gour (Founder and CEO of Gramya).
