MILAN, 10 MAR – Sky Italia has illustrated to the unions an efficiency plan that will affect 1200 workers, called to choose between an incentivized voluntary exodus, up to the capacity of the budget allocated by the company, and a professional reconversion towards the activities that will be re-internalised. This was announced by the trade unions Slc-Cgil, Fistel-Cisl and Uilcom-Uil after a meeting with the CEO of Sky Italia, who presented them the 2024-2025 plan, highlighting how a reorganization that affects 1,200 people out of a staff of 4,000 “could become disruptive” if retooling tools “are not used effectively”.
