In recent years, the Call of Duty saga followed in the footsteps of titles like Fortnite and began to make all kinds of collaborations. We’ve already seen crossovers with Rambo, Terminator, Godzilla, Attack on Titan and more franchises, and everything indicates that it will soon be the turn of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Through a social media post, Activision hinted that the Shredder, or Destroyer as it is known in Mexico and more countries, will be an operator in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0. Judging by the trailer, this collaboration will start on March 21.

It seems that the villain will arrive in shooters with his classic look. Thus, he will be seen with his armor, his helmet and his sharp claws. His pack may also include a weapon blueprint and cosmetic items like emblems, profile cards, and charms, though we’ll have to wait to find out.
As of this writing, it’s a mystery if any of the Ninja Turtles will make it to CoD: Modern Warfare II and CoD: Warzone 2.0 as part of this special collaboration. At the end of the day, the Shredder is a human character that doesn’t clash with the military setting of the games, especially when you consider that Season 2 is Japanese-themed.
The announcement of this crossover comes shortly after Nickelodeon and Paramount revealed the release date and the first official trailer for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, the franchise’s new feature film.
