The model and current wife of Justin Bieber, Hailey Bieber, has been involved in controversy in recent weeks, after allegedly posting videos in which she indirectly mocked Selena Gomez, her partner’s ex-girlfriend.
The hatred against Hailey Bieber, who due to the controversy has lost thousands of followers in a short time, has escalated so much to the point that she has received several death threats on social networks.
This Friday, Selena Gomez herself has published an Instagram story where she reveals that Hailey contacted her to tell her that she has received threats and hate comments, for which she has asked her to intervene. The interpreter of “Loose You To Love Me” asked her followers to stop bullying, and stressed that she has always advocated kindness.
For her part, Hailey Bieber published another story where she thanks Selena Gomez for having intervened.

Hailey (formerly Baldwin) and Justin Bieber got married in 2018, just two months after the Canadian ended his intermittent relationship with Selena Gomez. Since then, the model has received countless criticisms and hate comments, even accusing her of being obsessed with Selena Gomez and copying her image, her personality, and her projects.
This is not the first time that Selena Gomez has come out to defend her ex-partner’s wife; previously, she has asked her followers to be kind to all people; however, it is the first time that she has explicitly asked her to stop the hate against Hailey Bieber.
