The Tax Administration Service (SAT) recalled that there is still time for legal entities to file their 2022 annual returnfor which it is important cover some requirements that we recover here so that you do not miss the opportunity to comply with this tax obligation.
Who presents it?
When does it show up?
In the months of January, February and March of the following year that you declare.
To present the 2022 annual declaration of legal entities it is necessary to need:
Count with e.signature
Have accounting-tax information on hand such as: income, deductions, tax losses and investments, among others
Be up to date with: a) declarations of provisional payments; b) annual income tax returns from previous years; c) statements of withholding payments made for lease, fees, RESICO of individuals, dividends, among others; d) the issuance of your pay slips, as well as the entire amount of the corresponding withholdings, by verifying in the Payroll Viewer that there are no differences
To pay by electronic transfer through the target it is necessary have an account with an electronic banking service

Verify in three steps if the e.firma of your business is valid:
Open the folder where you have your e.firma
Double click on the file (.cer)
Check the validity
