NEW DELHI – Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev stated that about 50 member states of the Defense Contact Group of Ukraine (Ramstein) are participating in the military conflict in Ukraine on the side of Kiev.
According to Patrushev on Wednesday (29/3/2023), Ukrainian soldiers are actively training in NATO member countries.
“Ukrainian military forces are actively training on the territory of NATO countries. About 50 countries of the so-called Ramstein coalition are involved in the armed conflict on the side of the Kiev regime,” Patrushev said at the annual meeting of national security advisors from the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). in New Delhi, reported by the press service of the Russian Security Council.
The official added, “It is important for SCO member countries to preserve their customs and traditions, to uphold universal human values, prevent foreign interference in the internal affairs of sovereign states and fight policies of unilateral sanctions and restrictive measures.”
The SCO meeting was chaired by India’s National Security Adviser Ajit Kumar Doval. The agenda of the event focused on global security issues, developments in Afghanistan and consultations on Russia’s proposal for a Eurasian economic bloc.
