On 7 March 1884, the founder and first president of the Giallorossi was born
Italo was born on March 7, 1884 Foschi: the founder and first president of Roma. The club will pay homage to the Giallorossi’s ‘father’ today at Verano. At 2.15 pm at the Capital Cemetery, the club will remember him with a small ceremony on his birthday. Foschi succeeded in uniting Alba, Fortitudo and Roman in 1927: “I deserve credit for having promoted football in Rome as never before”.
