The plan for the construction of twelve homes on a former allotment garden complex at the Hemmelweg in Markelo can go ahead. A local resident was cross because there may be asbestos in the soil of the plan area. He is also concerned about the heavy construction traffic that can cause damage in residential streets in the area. The Council of State rejected those objections.
