-4 red onions
-3 cloves of garlic
-1 spring onion, cut into small pieces
-3 bird’s eye chilies (or according to taste)
-1 egg

– enough oil
-3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
-1 tbsp oyster sauce
-salt, pepper, pepper to taste
Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the chopped shallots, garlic and cayenne pepper.
Add the onion pieces, stir-fry again until fragrant.
Add 1 egg, adjust to taste (you can let the cooked egg become a sunny side up egg or you can make it a random egg).
If the eggs are almost cooked, add 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, a little water and seasonings according to taste.
Serve soy sauce eggs over warm rice.
