SuaraSoreang.id – Dendeng balado is processed beef which is cut into small pieces and then cooked with spicy spices that are appetizing.

Ingredients:
300 grams of beef
Marinade:
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp ground pepper by
1 tbsp coriander powder
15 pieces of red chilies
10 bird’s eye chilies
7 shallots
Powder broth
Garam
Sugar
How to make:
1. Marinate the meat with the marinade, let stand at least 30 minutes.
2. Boil the meat using method 5.30.7. Remove and then fatten. Don’t pound too hard so the meat doesn’t fall apart.
3. Fry the beef that has been fattened briefly in hot oil over high heat, remove and drain.

4. First boil the red chilies, bird’s eye chilies and shallots. Then puree. It’s better if you grind it. Fry the ground spices with lots of oil. Add broth powder, salt and sugar. Taste correction.
5. After the seasoning is just right, add the fried meat. Cook until the oil and spices are absorbed.
