The Queen will visit the Italian city on April 18. During the trip, Máxima will pay particular attention to designers from the Netherlands who exhibit during the Milan Design Week.
The trip to Milan is a follow-up to a visit that Máxima paid to Eindhoven earlier this year. There she met a number of Dutch designers who will also be present in Italy in a month’s time.
Once in Milan, Máxima will go to the Isola district. There she receives a tour from the Dutch landscape architect Petra Blaisse, who has designed an innovative city park. The Queen will also talk to a group of students.
