The Twente almanac is in dire straits. The small booklet, which includes a garden calendar, information about local facilities and all kinds of stories from the region, was printed for the 144th time at the end of last year. Whether there will be a 145th edition is still the question. However, the publisher now has a plan of action to preserve this piece of cultural heritage.
