Luuk de Jong returns to the base at PSV. The striker will kick off the away match against Vitesse at 4.45 pm. De Jong was missing against SC Cambuur (5-2) last week due to an ankle injury.
The return of the captain comes at the expense of Johan Bakayoko. The Belgian wing striker, who has been on a roll in recent weeks, has to settle for a place on the bench in Arnhem.
Guus Til has also been put on the bench by trainer Ruud van Nistelrooij. Xavi Simons plays in midfield and De Jong is joined by Anwar El Ghazi and Fábio Silva in the front. El Ghazi scored twice against Cambuur as a substitute and can now start.
Belgian Thorgan Hazard has recovered from the muscle injury that kept him out for a month. Hazard is back in the PSV selection against Vitesse as a substitute.
