Suara.com – The police denied that the suspect in the David Ozoran abuse case, Shane Lukas, had played the guitar to entertain Mario Dandy when he was detained at the Pesanggrahan Police Station.
“No one plays the guitar. I am on standby on the second floor of the investigator,” said the Head of the Pesanggrahan Police, Kompol Tedjo Asmoro when confirmed, Wednesday (8/3/2023).
Tejdo said Shane had indeed held a guitar belonging to a busker who was also secured at the Pesanggrahan Police. However, said Tedjo, Shane had not played the guitar at all.
“Indeed, I held the guitar of a busker that we secured. But I didn’t have time to play it myself, who warned the members to take the guitar,” said Tejdo.

Tedjo said that when he was arrested he could only remain silent. He made sure Shane wasn’t playing guitar at the time.
“Mario just kept quiet and stressed that he was put in the temporary detention room. The one holding Shane’s guitar,” he explained.
Called Innocent
Previously, lawyers for witnesses N and R in the assault case against David Ozora, Muanas Alaidid, said that the two suspects Mario Dandy and Shane Lukas did not show any guilt when they were detained at the Pesanggrahan Police.
In fact, said Muanas, Shane even played the guitar at the Pesanggrahan Police to entertain Mario.

“Shane played the guitar to entertain Mario, but they are all the same,” said the lawyer for witnesses N and R, Muanas Alaidid, to journalists, Wednesday (8/3/2023).
That, said Muanas, was based on the statement of his client N, who was also being questioned at the Pesanggarah Police.
“According to Witness N, that was the case. When N was questioned at the Pesanggrahan Police,” said Muanas.

In this case, investigators have named two suspects, namely Mario and Shane Lukas Rotua Pangondian Lumbantoruan (19) and one child in conflict with the AGH law (15). From the results of the case title, investigators have also changed the construction of the article that was previously applied by South Jakarta Metro Police investigators.
The Director of General Criminal Investigation (Direskrimum) Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Hengki Haryadi said Mario was charged with Article 355 of the Criminal Code Paragraph 1 Subsidiary 354 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, more Subsidiary 353 Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code, more Subsidiary 351 Paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code and or 76 C Juncto 80 Law Law Number 35 of 2012 concerning Child Protection with a maximum threat of 12 years in prison.
Meanwhile, the suspect Shane was charged with Article 355 Paragraph 1 Juncto 56 of the Criminal Code, Subsidiary 354 Paragraph 1 Juncto 56 of the Criminal Code, more Subsidiary 353 Paragraph 2 Juncto 56 of the Criminal Code, more Subsidiary 351 Paragraph 2 Juncto 56 of the Criminal Code and or 76 C Juncto 80 Law Number 35 of 2012 concerning Child Protection with a maximum threat of 12 years in prison.
While children in conflict with the AG law are charged with Article 76 C Juncto Article 80 Law Number 35 Years of Child Protection and or 355 Paragraph 1 Juncto 56 of the Criminal Code, more Subsidiary 353 Paragraph 2 Juncto 56 of the Criminal Code, more or less Subsidiary 351 Paragraph 2 Juncto 56 of the Criminal Code. For his actions, AG is threatened with a maximum sentence of 4 years in prison after reducing half of the maximum threat and reducing it by one third as stipulated in Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning Juvenile Justice.
