Stories about the man emerged when images of the offender were recently posted on Facebook by a resident of Almelo. The man’s neighbor had seen someone cycling near his daughter. Images that were made of the man are put online, after which many more people report who recognized the man. He would have been hanging around in the neighborhoods of Nijrees and De Riet for some time.
