SuaraSoreang.id – The Persib Bandung vs Persija Jakarta match was officially postponed after PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) issued a letter postponing the match.
The Kemayoran Tigers should be able to host Maung Bandung at the Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK), on Saturday (4/3/2023) at 15:00 WIB.
Until now Persija Jakarta is still waiting for the latest news from PT Liga Indonesia Baru as the league operator.
The decision to postpone the match sparked a lot of negative rumors, because there are several key Persija Jakarta players who cannot be played if the match is still held on Saturday (4/3/2023).

However, Persija Jakarta coach Thomas Doll admits that his players are very ready to host Persib Bandung, and have even devised several strategies to tackle Persib.
“We have actually prepared well for our match against Persib on the fourth date. We have done tactical exercises and trained with several schemes,” said Thomas Doll, quoted on the club’s official website, Friday (3/3/2023).
Then the German coach emphasized that the negative rumors circulating about Persija Jakarta were not true, and he explained how the current condition of his team was.
“I (Thomas Doll) think their opinion about us (Persija Jakarta) is incorrect,” said Thomas Doll
Thomas Doll stated emphatically that the number of Persija players had nothing to do with the postponement of the match against Persib.

“Kudela and Resky have trained with us (Persija). We (Persija) also have Firza after he was hit by an accumulation of yellow cards. So I (Thomas Doll) think it’s not right if someone says we (Persija) are postponing the match due to a lack of players,” continued Thomas.
In addition, Thomas Doll also emphasized that Persija Jakarta wants to play the match according to a predetermined schedule.
