“I actually don’t have many shames, I think. I do have them, but I realize that just when it happens,” Paul begins his outpouring. “But overall you can say that I have an eating shame.”
“Everything that comes into my mouth, I often think: I didn’t have to do that”, Paul continues. “I can give enough examples. Yesterday I was alone, those are the hardest days because then you can eat anything you want.”
Paul’s guilty pleasure when he’s alone is vodka orange juice. “I didn’t make it yesterday, but then you see what’s different than tasty,” he laughs.
Then Paul tells about potatoes, which he then ‘fluffs up’ a bit by adding cheese. “Then I’m just eating potatoes with cheese. But then I’ve finished half of it and I don’t need anymore. Then I throw it away,” says the presenter. “That’s a form of shame, that I just can’t leave something in that fridge.”
A great support in Paul’s life are his children. In the video below he explains how they help themselves through difficult times.
