On April 13th at the Garage Bolaffi in Turin there will be plenty of choice with over 130 lots from motor bicycles to electric mopeds passing through the regularities of the 1970s. Collectors be warned!

Lovers of vintage motorbikes are well aware of the Garage Bolaffi in Turin because auctions of considerable interest are held cyclically. The next one has been announced for April 13 and includes specimens ranging from the 1930s to the present day. There are pieces from Rumi, Moto Guzzi, Itom, Motom and Gilera, but also motocross and regularity, military e modern, as well as scooters and bicycles.
Certainly among the most coveted is the section dedicated to Italian classics. Among these we point out one Moto Guzzi GTV 500 (lot 99, estimate 10,000-14,000 euros), aGoshawk 500 (lot 100, estimate 10,000-14,000 euros) and one Gilera Saturn Sports (lot 72, estimate 12,000-16,000 euros). There will be one among the ever-sought-after English women BSA Blue Star from 1935 with gleaming chrome and period two-tone livery (lot 53, estimate 14,000-16,000 euros). Switching to lighter vehicles for leisure, at home Piaggio the sought after are not to be missed Vespa 125 Primavera e P 200 Ein addition to the Ciao of various series that know a growing collector’s interest.
There will also be a refined selection of the most famous Italian and European off-road and enduro motorcycles of the 1970s. It goes from Fantic Knight 50 until to KTM GS 250 (lot 89, estimate 6,000-8,000 euros) e GS 340 (lot 90, estimate 6,500-8,000 euros).
There is certainly no shortage of rarities, such as theAermacchi 125l’Ancillotti Scarab 125 and the Hopi Aspes, all perfectly restored. And then there Zundapp Gs 125 (lot 136, estimate 6,000-8,000 euros), the elegant Super Pioneer Bones and the mythical SWM 125 ES Silver Vase (lot 135, estimate 3,000-5,000 euros). And who recognizes the two specimens that raced in the 60s of the Gilera 125 Besson and the Beta Nieddu? Finally, there are some military motorcycles such as the BSA M20the Matchless 350the Bianchi MT 61 and the Moto Guzzi Superalce.
The auction will be held Thursday 13 April 2023, at 3 pm at the Garage Bolaffi in Corso Verona 34D in Turin. To see the bikes, the exhibition follows the following times: Saturday 1 April 2023, 11am-6pm; from Monday 3 to Thursday 13 April 2023 (Saturdays and public holidays excluded), 11am-6pm.
