There’s good news for hardcore Xbox fans, as The Xenon, a replica of the Xbox 360 controller for Xbox Series X|S, finally has a release date and price. Hyperkin presented this unexpected controller at the end of 2022 and it excited many followers of the brand.
The company has finally revealed more details about this device, which will have all the essence of the original control in terms of design, but which will incorporate some new features to play comfortably on current generation consoles, on Xbox One and on PC.

When will the Xbox 360 controller return and how much will it cost?
Hyperkin confirmed that its The Xenon controller will launch in just a few months, as it will be available starting June 6. Initially, it will be available for pre-sale from May 5 in the company’s online store.
Xbox 360 controller fans will be able to get this new controller for $49.99 USD. The peripheral will be distributed in black, white, pink and red colors. As we told you, it respects the design of the original control, but it was complemented with the Share button, a headphone jack and a USB-C cable to connect it.
Hyperkin knows that many gamers had some of their best moments with their Xbox 360, so they decided to revive the controller. It is important to note that the article has the official Xbox license.
“I remember when the Xbox 360 came out, it was a revolutionary experience. Online multiplayer, digital downloadable games, and control like no other. I have great memories with the Xbox 360, and we’re very excited to bring some of that nostalgia to modern consoles with The Xenon controller,” the company previously stated.
