When love knocks on your door, you could face the whole world in order to win the favor of the person you sigh for. Scott Pilgrim was able to attest to that when he faced off against all seven of Ramona Flowers’ ex-partners in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.
As many of you know, and if we don’t already tell you now, Netflix is preparing an anime series based on Scott Pilgrim’s comics. Bryan Lee O’Malley. The cartoonist himself is involved in the series in script work.
The Scott Pilgrim animated series will also feature the director of the movie from 2010, Edgar Wrightwho is the source of the good news that we bring you today.
And it is that the Scott Pilgrim anime will have, in its English version, the same list of actors who brought the characters to life in the film in live action.
Scott Pilgrim anime keeps the cast of the film
Wright shared a teaser video via Twitter confirming that the Netflix anime will retain all of the actors and actresses who became the colorful cast of characters in Bryan Lee O’Malley’s story.
Michael Cera will be again Scott Pilgrim, Mary Elizabeth Winstead it will be Ramona Flowers, Satya Bhabha will give voice to Matthew Patel, Kieran Culkin will embody Wallace Wells, Chris Evans come back like Lucas Lee and Anna Kendrick as Stacey Pilgrim.

they also come back Brie Larson as Envi Adams, Alison Pill as Kim Pine, Aubrey Plaza as Julie Powers, Brandon Routh as Todd Ingram, Jason Schwartzman as Gideon Graves, Johnny Simmons as Young Neil, Mark Webber as Stephen Stills, Mae Whitman as Roxie Richter y Ellen Wong as Knives Chau.
With the cast back, at least for the English version, Netflix’s Scott Pilgrim animated series scores a good goal for its next release on the platform.
