For years there has been arguing about a residential care complex for psychologically vulnerable people in a child-rich neighborhood in Haaksbergen. The city council approved the plan last night, but only after significantly scaling it down. That makes local residents, who had announced that they would go to court, think: “The plans are so vague at this stage that we can’t do much with them yet, although we are already deliberating legally.”
