Motorists suddenly see another speed camera pop up in Enschede

Motorists rubbed the sleep out of their eyes in Enschede this morning. Is there a speed camera again? That’s right. Last night, a second in the series of much-discussed new speed cameras was installed at the Gronausestraat in Enschede.
