A culture of fear for interns, a lack of professionalism, non-compliance with the subsidy conditions, a considerable rent arrears and a lawsuit due to non-payment. The problems at RTV Focus, Zwolle’s licensed local broadcaster since 2020, are piling up. The municipality previously expressed “doubts about the functioning of the administration”, and the problems appear to have not yet been resolved.
