The annual declaration before the SAT has to be made by companies and people that offer professional services, who collect rents for real estate or have bought some property, who have 1 or more employees, or people with a salary of more than 400,000 Mexican pesos, in addition to those who collect salaries from foreign companies. Also those who have sold real estate or receive concepts for compensation or retirement.
How to use the SAT 2022 simulator
What you have to do to use this function is to enter the official SAT page at this link. Once inside, click on the button Start that appears in yellow after the page description.
This will take you to a page where you have to add your RFC or Federal Taxpayer Registry, and then use your e.firma and your password to log in. The system will ask you to fill in a series of data personal information to be able to generate your annual declaration.
And then you just have to Fill in other information that the system asks forsuch as your income, reductions, withholdings and other payments. Once you have everything, review the data well and submit the form using your e.firma. When you do so, the SAT will send you the acknowledgment of receipt of the annual declaration to the email or tax mailbox, and a notice of whether you are going to pay or receive money from the SAT.
