Both underwent the test before spreading the news.
The woman spoke about it on her TikTok account: “I married my husband in 2006. Without thinking about it, we had three children. We found out we were relatives and cousins. My children and my husband are everything to me and we have put an end to that. All of our children have 10 fingers and 10 toes.” Celina has stated that she would not go back giving up her life with her Joseph, whom she calls a “cousband”.
“He still is and will be my everything. I won’t let a little blood destroy what we’ve created, this beautiful family.” Many on social media were perplexed by hearing the strange story: “They literally look alike, how did they not notice it?”, says one user, while another observes: “So you have decided to be together? It’s a sick thing.”
Celina said she “freaked out” after finding out she was related to her husband: “It was devastating, I wondered if it was right to be together. He scared me ”. But then she added: “Colorado looks so big, it’s actually not that big. Everyone knows everyone and most likely everyone is related.”
