Suara.com – South Jakarta District Court (PN Jaksel) Public Relations official Djuyamto stated that the single judge had scheduled the first trial of a child in conflict with the law with the initials AG (15) in relation to the abuse case of David Ozora.
The agenda begins with the first diversion deliberation stage.
“Scheduling March 29, 2023 as the first diversion deliberation stage,” said Djuyamto in his statement, Friday (24/3/2023).
The first stage diversion process will take 30 days in accordance with the provisions of the Law. The rest, said Djuyamto, the single judge will give an extended decision.

“The diversion process according to the provisions of the law is 30 days long,” said Djuyamto.

Previously, the trial of Mario Dandy’s girlfriend, AG (15) in relation to the abuse case against David Ozora, was to be presided over by a single judge. The single judge is the Chairman of the South Jakarta District Court, namely Saut Marulli Tua Pasaribu.
“The single judge handling the case of the Child Defendant AG is Saut Maruli Tua Pasaribu,” said Djuyamto today.
According to Djuyamto, the determination of the single judge was in accordance with applicable regulations, namely based on juvenile justice.

“The single judge has determined the stages of diversion as stipulated in Article 52 of Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System,” explained Djuyamto.

For information, AG’s trial regarding the abuse case against David Ozora will be held behind closed doors at the South Jakarta District Court.
“In the District Court, yes, but of course for closed children,” said Jakarta Head of Public Prosecutor’s Office Ade Sofyansyah when confirmed, Thursday (23/3/2023).
Apart from AG, the two suspects in the persecution of David Ozora, Mario Dandy and Shane Lukas will also be tried at the South Jakarta District Court.
