Rafael Alun Trisambodo, echelon III official of the Directorate General of Taxes is the father of the suspect Mario Dandy Satriyo in the case of the brutal abuse of the victim Cristalino David Ozora Latumahina.

Ivan Yustiavandana, Head of PPATK when confirmed by Suara.com, Friday (3/3/2023) emphasized that everything related to financial transactions on behalf of Rafael Alun Trisambodo through banks was blocked.
“Everything related to the development of analysis,” he explained.
“There was a blocking of the tax consultant who was suspected of being the RAT nominee (Rafael Alun Trisambodo) as well as several other related parties,” continued Ivan Yustiavandana.
Previously, PPATK revealed allegations of irregularities in Rafael Alun Trisambodo’s financial transactions, in which an intermediary was found. The alleged irregularities were conveyed by PPATK in 2012 to the KPK.
Meanwhile, on Monday (6/3/2023) the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) raised the status of the case for alleged irregularities in RAT’s assets to investigation.
KPK Deputy for Prevention Pahala Nainggolan said this was decided by KPK leaders.
“It’s no longer at the prevention stage,” he said, Tuesday (7/3/2023).
Pahala Nainggolan said that the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) was developing the alleged irregularities in the assets owned by Rafael Alun Trisambodo. The results found there are other parties.
“One of them, the shareholders in the company are the same as other tax persons. I issued an audit assignment letter for the new tax person,” said Pahala Nainggolan.
RAT has undergone clarification at the Corruption Eradication Commission regarding his State Administrators’ Wealth Report (LHKPN).
